Albert’s Schloss, one of Manchester’s most popular party spots, is rewinding the clock to the turn of the century. Think all things nostalgic: Leather jackets, skinny jeans (note: this is the one night of the year they’re still acceptable), and indie and pop anthems from everyone from Blur to Britney.

The Alpine bier palace is always lively, but on New Year’s Eve it goes full tilt: live haus bands, DJs, cabaret turns and steins in motion. As for the theme: the best the lates 90s and Y2K had to offer.

Dig out the crop tops, bucket hats and double denim, order something tall and frothy, and bid auf wiedersehen to 2025 while saying hallo to 2026 in suitably chaotic style.
