It’s the most wonderful time of the year…. and what’s that glittering in the distance?

It’s time to wrap up warm in your cosiest hats, scarves and gloves and head out for an enchanted walk through RHS Garden Bridgewater, marvelling at spectacular light displays along your way.

Walk through the illuminated garden and explore the mesmerising family trail. Weave through yew domes festooned with fairy lights, stroll through the illuminated archways of the Kitchen Garden. At Garden Cottage hit the rainbow dancefloor and lose yourself in a soundtrack of Manchester anthems (chosen by you).

Enjoy a dream-like, light-filled adventure through the garden, admiring magnificent trees and shrubs bathed in a spectrum of light, and revel in the twinkling magic of the Chinese Streamside Garden. And don’t miss the stunning halo light show by Jago Juggling Arts, as they create mind-blowing effects that the whole family will love.

After the dream-like journey through the gardens, Glow at Bridgewater also invites you to squeeze in some time for some Christmas shopping too, as RHS Bridgewater is packed with all sorts of treats, from yummy festive food to colourful decorations to beautiful plants for both indoors and outdoors.

All that wonder and wandering is bound to leave the whole family feeling peckish. Tuck into a selection of tasty festive treats and warming drinks available to buy from the Bridgewater Café and the Cottage Shepherds Hut. And along the trail be sure to stop by The Stables for yummy cakes and drinks!
