In a city that rarely slows down, Flow at Transcend Studios moves to a gentler rhythm. Their Art & Soul Workshop, led by creative coach and holistic therapist Andrea, is part collage workshop, part social gathering, part escape from the outside world.

You’ll start with a cup of cacao as much ritual as refreshment. An oracle card draw follows, setting a personal thread for the session. Then Andrea leads you into cut-and-paste collage and mixed media, with expressive prompts designed to loosen the mind and get your hands moving. A carefully curated playlist runs in the background, acting less like background music and more like an accomplice to your focus.

The materials are simple paper, scissors, glue, images but the process is intended to bring about something deeper. Collage has a way of suspending judgement, letting you rediscover the creative spark you might have misplaced somewhere between school art class and adulthood. Themes change each month, from self-love to shadow work, but the emphasis stays on process over product.

Flow at Transcend Studios is part of a wider wellbeing community with spaces in MediaCity and Eccles no airy-fairy pretence, just good energy, open doors and a focus on connection. Whether you’re here for yoga, sound baths or a simple brew, it’s a place to quieten the mind, meet likeminded people and recharge.
