Get ready for a jaw-dropping show packed with colourful puppetry, musical delights and dazzling storytelling as 101 Dalmatians comes to Manchester Opera House this July.

Fashionista, icon, style guru, nasty villain Cruella de Vil is on a mission. She wants to create a fabulous new coat, made with… Dalmatians! She plots a plan to steal all the Dalmatian puppies in town and turn them into a coat. Yes – she really is cruel.

Cruella sends her not-very-clever henchmen to find and swipe as many Dalmatians as possible. These include Perdi and Pongo, and their adorable litter of 15 adorable, tail-wagging young pups. Along with 84 other Dalmatians, Perdi and Pongo’s precious pups are taken from their home and held captive in Cruella’s country estate, De Vil Mansion.

Get ready for a thrilling journey, as Pongo, Perdi and their animal pals go on a treacherous adventure to rescue their little pups from the clutches of the mean and nasty Cruella de Vil. And it’s not easy, with all sorts of dangerous obstacles along the way, including Cruella’s cruel henchmen, who, luckily, are not very clever!

Will they succeed and rescue the 101 Dalmatians puppies from their mean and greedy captors? Find out in this timeless, beautiful tale of courage and determination, and the unmissable, special bond that exists between humans and their pups, (the nice humans, not the mean ones!).

You’ll be hooked from start to finish as this mesmerising production is brought to life with truly spectacular puppetry, show-stopping choreography, catchy songs and, of course, the most purrrrfect pups! Aww!

101 Dalmatians at the Manchester Opera House is written by Douglas Hodge (music and lyrics) and Johnny McKnight (book), from a stage adaptation by Zinnie Harris.
