Mura Ma is a brand new, artist-led independent gallery in Marple, Stockport.

As well as hosting exhibitions and giving audiences the opportunity to purchase artwork from emerging artists, Mura Ma also has a busy schedule of activity focused on art-making, learning more about the different processes of creation as well as wellbeing, for example incorporating meditation and yoga.

Mura Ma also aims to invite emerging artists to create affordable work to offer visitors an accessible way to collect original art. The accompanying events and talks provide a fantastic opportunity to meet the artists and support them from the early stages of their career.
