It was a huge triumph when it was first performed back in 2011 – now, a brand-new production of One Man, Two Guvnors comes to the Theatre by the Lake.

It’s 1963 and Francis Henshall has just been fired from his skiffle band. In search of food and romance, he finds himself juggling not one but two new jobs. But there are things he doesn’t know about his new guvnors, and it soon transpires that – at all costs – he must keep them apart…

This is a co-production by Octagon Theatre Bolton, Theatre by the Lake and Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse. Offering a hilarious mix of slapstick, laugh-out-loud moments and a live skiffle band, this is a side-splittingly funny, brand new production of the West End hit. Don’t miss out.
