The shiny, gold investigator goggles set the scene! Prepare to conduct a thorough investigation with Toni in the interactive show Curious Investigators which is being live-streamed into homes on Zoom via Z-arts this month.

Performed by Toni-Dee Paul, she poses the fundamental questions “are you Curious? Do you ask a LOT of questions?” If the answer is yes (if course it is!), then quite simply, you are NEEDED.

“Investigator” Toni is, like most of us, stuck at home – with limited options for places to go but a burning desire to discover something amazing.

Thinking caps on and problem-solving skills at the ready! This show is suitable for 4–7-year old’s and their grownups and is bound to be a hit with your mini-investigators.

She needs your help to solve a problem which requires a home-made marble run. Expect the unexpected though, as there are surprises in store as you follow along and develop problem-solving skills utilising just a laptop, bits and bobs from your recycling bin, and a helpful adult.

Commissioned as a rural touring show by the incredible Big Imaginations Curious Investigators is the brainchild of award-winning theatre company One Tenth Human and written by their Artistic Director – Sarah Punshon. As a company, they specialise in creating brain-stretching learning opportunities for kids and budding scientists through interactive art-science based activities.

The One Tenth Human team do hope to tour the show in schools and libraries later in the year but rest assured that nothing is lost in this online translation.

So, thinking caps on and problem-solving skills at the ready! This show is suitable for 4–7-year old’s and their grownups and is bound to be a hit with your mini-investigators.

On booking, you’ll receive an email directly from Curious Investigator Toni, with the password, inviting you to undertake your first investigation.

Z-arts have a jam-packed programme of online events for little ones so be sure to check out the other great things on offer.
