Crash at Vue Manchester Printworks, City Centre 16 March 2017 Tickets from £8.00 — Book now

Based upon J.G. Ballard’s 1973 novel, this strange, singular work is one of the more difficult Cronenberg films to track down. With the director’s trademake grotesqueness and a plot that follows a group of characters who deliberately stage car crashes for their own erotic pleasure, Crash is not a film for the faint of heart. It is however, a fascinating depiction of the collision of man and machine, of the link between sex and death, delivered with thrilling immediacy and uncomfortable eroticism.
