While the outside world is slowly opening up, there are still loads of great activities happening online we can enjoy at home. The Circus House, usually a hub of circus and aerial activities, is one such example, keeping the show on the road with their online classes.

Their classes work on the core skills needed for circus activity but require no specialist equipment or prior experience. Ideal!

Whether you’re interested in trying circus skills for the first time or have been a long term hobbyist, it’s a fantastic way of working on your flexibility and strength at home. The classes are available on a monthly subscription basis for £20 a month and will keep you in shape until you can return to the aerial hoops and silks in person.

There are five online classes a week which include; handstands, deep-stretch sessions and strength and flexibility training. The idea of doing a handstand may seem impossible, but it isn’t! With the right build-up of muscle and confidence and the encouragement of charismatic teachers, anyone can do it. Each class takes place over Zoom with one of Circus House’s in house professional circus performers. Perfect for anyone looking to set themselves a new goal but have never tried anything acrobatic,

The weekday classes are aimed at adults, however, on Saturday mornings from 10:30 am the Circus House hosts an online youth group. Join the gang every week for fun activities and learn circus skills without any equipment. These sessions are suitable for 6 – 12-year-olds.
