BALTIC Artists’ Award 2019 is BALTIC in Newcastle’s second worldwide biennial art award judged solely by artists. Three internationally renowned artist-judges have each selected an emerging artist to receive £25,000 to make new work. The artists include Aaron Hughes, Kang Jungsuck and Ingrid Pollard.
