Tameside Library has the library on one floor and the Central Art Gallery above. Sounds a little like an arts centre. It’s all housed in a comfortable and sturdy building.
A former cotton mill built in 1832, and purchased by Pendle Council in 2012.
Pendle Heritage Centre features Pendle Art Gallery, a museum on Pendle life, a shop and family friendly café.
