Merging folklore and real life, Corrido de la Sangre is a theatre show that features the original music of British trio The Tiger Lillies.

Set in the small, dusty towns along the Mexican and US border, it tells the tale of a Corrido singer and his band, who return from the realm of the dead to haunt their killer in a story of intrigue, vengeance, murder and mayhem.

The Tiger Lillies, who formed in 1989 and have Olivier and Grammy award nominations to their name, have been described as ‘Brechtian punk cabaret’.

This show is part of HOME’s ¡Viva! Spanish & Latin American Festival 2018.
