You’ll be ready to face the rest of the day feeling balanced, restored and energised. Starting your day with a mindful and balanced yoga practise can help recenter your thoughts, and leave you feeling more in control of your mind.

The hour long class is open to any level of experience and is a space where different levels of Yogis can get what they need out of it. Led by Bianca Madanayake-Hailstone, it will be a mixture of movement and breath work that aims to bring you closer to your body and feeling present within it.
As a Yoga Teacher and Solution Focused Hypnotherapist Bianca’s focus is on bringing movement and mindfulness into different people’s lives. She does this in a light-hearted, fun and gentle way. She is great at creating calm and focus in the mind through mindfulness, breathwork and mellow ‘feel-good’ movement for the body. Bianca’s classes are both challenging and playful, but always strive to be inclusive.
