On-Going at SLOE Gallery, Manchester 17 August — 23 September 2017 Entrance is free

SLOE Gallery presents On-Going, a group exhibition that celebrates the first anniversary of the space.

Coinciding with the one-year anniversary of SLOE Gallery’s opening, this exhibition explores the subject of progression through the artwork of international artists based in the North West. On-Going presents a selection of artwork that showcases progression in the artists’ practice, either in their approach to a particular technique, process, material or idea over a period of time, or as a subject reflected in their artistic production.

The variety of media display different approaches to the same subject, while inviting the audience to reflect on surrounding themes, including concepts linked with change, time and transformation.
