Bars in Liverpool

Maja Lorkowska, Exhibitions Editor

Liverpool has a bar on every corner – from classy cocktails with ingredients we can’t even pronounce, to casual wine bars and speakeasies who take their time making a proper Old Fashioned. Most are in the city centre although some of them you may need to look a little harder for (Berry & Rye and Jenny’s Bar are officially hidden gems). Others you’ll find on South Liverpool’s trendy Lark Lane or in the Georgian Quarter, not far from theatres and classical music venues. There’s something for everyone.

If pubs are more your vibe, here’s our list of the best pubs in Liverpool.
