Lightcliffe Tea Rooms can be found on Wakefield Road offering breakfast, brunch and lunch of traditional favourites and a range of vegetarian dishes.

The stripped wooden floors and vintage style wooden furniture creates a homely feel and it’s set up so that a party or larger family can be as easily accommodated as a table of two.

It feels like being at a favourite aunt’s house surrounded by family heirlooms and interesting trinkets. Its relaxed style extends to the service and you’ll be well looked after by the family owners and their team.

It’s a firm favourite for an afternoon tea, washed down with a pot of freshly brewed, or if you’re in the mood a glass of chilled fizz. Cake stands arrive adorned with huge slices of homemade cake and studded with savoury and sweet scones. A real treat.
