Violinist Hugo Ticciati goes from one extreme to the other, as he follows his last UpClose outing, themed around ‘Spiritualism and Minimalism’, with arrangements of Muse, Metallica and Dream Theatre at The Stoller Hall.

Vivaldi’s concertos provide the classical counterpoint for this concert – with the juxtaposition of old and new helping the audience appreciate the kind of raucous excitement that the Italian Baroque composer’s music caused back in the 18th Century.
