Nikel: Alexander Schubert at Bates Mill Blending Shed, 26 November 2017 Tickets from £17 (£14 concession/online) — Book now

Alexander Schubert’s Supramodal Parser, a homage to Berlin rave and techno culture, provides a fitting end to this year’s Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival.

The 2015 piece is a one-hour examination of the ecstatic aspects of ‘letting-go’, told through multi-sensory scenarios. Performed in the vast Bates Mill Blending Shed by Austrian quartet Nikel and German singer Mohna, it will be a euphoric, party-like closing to the festival programme.
