An annual highlight of festive concerts, Manchester’s Christmas Gospel sees Manchester and London’s finest gospel artists, including Wayne Ellington, Sharlene-Monique, and Matt Maijah, serving up a unique twist on Christmas classics at Manchester’s storied jazz venue, Band on the Wall.

Hosting will be Wayne Ellington, seen on The Voice UK 2018 and as part of the Kingdom Choir, who helped create a musical moment that will be remembered for decades with his performance at the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. More locally, he’s the founder of the vibrant community choir Manchester Inspirational Voices.

Ellington’s fantastic voice will combine with two more standout gospel vocalists, Sharlene-Monique and Matt Maijah, both of whom have shared the stage with world-class artists. Together, they deliver an unforgettable performance that blends gospel, soul, jazz, and R&B within some of your favourite Christmas classics.

If you’re after an uplifting Christmas concert, you won’t be disappointed with this one.
