Kiran Leonard at Band on the Wall, Manchester 23 September 2017 Tickets from £12.50 — Book now

To mark the release of his third album Derevaun Seraun, Kiran Leonard heads to Band on the Wall accompanied by a string trio.

The Oldham-raised musician’s new album, released 15 September, is the follow-up to 2016’s acclaimed Grapefruit LP, his first for Moshi Moshi. He previously came to the public’s attention with his debut single, Dear Lincoln, from 2013’s epic debut album Bowler Hat Soup, released when Leonard was 17.

With Derevaun Seraun‘s lead single, Living With Your Ailments, inspired by Albert Camus’ 1942 philosophy work The Myth of Sisyphus, expect a thoughtful and intricately arranged performance, with Leonard on vocals and piano, alongside the string trio.
