Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, this event has been cancelled.

Get your live theatre fix at this open-air drive-in performance of the popular smash-hit musical, Six the Musical.

Back in March, the Coronavirus pandemic brought many performances to a premature close as theatres were forced to shut their doors for the foreseeable future. With restrictions still in place for large gatherings of people, and while touring shows and West End productions have been put on hold, drive-in shows will be permitted under new government rules. Needless to say, we’re over the moon that Six the Musical has managed to find a way for audiences to enjoy the smash-hit musical.

This summer Six the Musical will tour to 12 open-air drive-in venues across the UK, with six live performances at the University of Bolton Stadium. And if any show can get audiences back on their feet to enjoy the magic of live theatre – it has to be Six.

Electrifying and packed with historical heartbreak, this dynamic production presents the story of the six wives of Henry VIII. A modern retelling, each wife takes to the mic to unleash their story resulting in a 75-minute celebration of 21st-century girl power.

With a full backing band on stage, complete choreography and costumes, the show will utilise large screens and light displays, making it a true live performance experience. Three hundred vehicles will be able to attend each show with a maximum of seven people allowed in each car. There will be a space next to each vehicle for audiences to sit, stand, picnic and party.

With a storming soundtrack and a phenomenal cast, grab your crown and enjoy this uplifting festival-style performance this summer.
