Kaleido

Kaleido in Manchester is a restaurant and bar that can be found on the fifth and sixth floors of the National Football Museum (in the Urbis building). Headed up by TV chef Frank Bordoni and Paul Riley, the restaurant’s Rochdale-born executive head chef, it is presents modern British food in luxurious (and bright) surroundings. Being five floors up, it offers decent views, but unfortunately its building-top location means that unless you know it’s there…you don’t know it’s there.
