We’ve got something that’s sure to liven up your lockdown. Round the family up and head outside for this special audio walk adventure from Stand and Be Counted Theatre in collaboration with The Herd Theatre. Hidden Winter is a brand-new interactive story that families can enjoy in their local park or at home.

A brand-new interactive story that families can enjoy in their local park or at home.

Hidden Winter invites families to follow eight-year-old Hiba, a mischievous cat, and a trail of winter clothes, in a story that celebrates the joys and difficulties of making friends in a new place.
The story walk has been specially designed for audiences to experience on mobile devices – while they’re out and about in their local area – during the national lockdown restrictions.

This unique experience has been co-created with young asylum-seeker children and families in Bradford, for children and grown-ups everywhere to enjoy.

Pitched perfectly for little ones, Hidden Winter is an engaging and fun adventure.

Theatre is always a great medium for communicating quite complex ideas. This shared experience opens up a conversation around the struggles faced by people who are seeking asylum and sanctuary in a new country. Pitched perfectly for little ones, Hidden Winter is an engaging and fun adventure that encourages listening and learning from each other.

Created in association with Oldham Coliseum, Hull Truck Theatre and Theatre in the Mill, Hidden Winter is available to experience for free in English and Arabic.

A story walk adventure you can enjoy on your doorstep…or wherever you are.
