You’re invited to an evening celebrating bilingual poetry and macaronic poetry, which uses a mixture of languages. There will be an opportunity to hear readings in English, Urdu and Farsi.

Poets from the Centre for New Writing at the University of Manchester will perform poetry and share stories about identity, culture and community, in their native language. Featuring British Manchester-based poet and critic Maryam Hessavi.
