Manchester Camerata continues to take cutting-edge music to the city’s lesser-spotted venues with a return to Common. Following on from previous outings to the Edge Street bar, the Camerata this time offers intimate performances of works by three of the world’s greatest minimalist composers: Philip Glass, Arvo Pärt and Michael Nyman.

If previous visits are anything to go by, this event, which consists of two performances and a short intermission, is likely to be standing room early – so arrive early.
