New Contemporaries offers an insight into today’s creative practices, showcasing some of the most dynamic work being made by emerging artists. Established in 1949, this is the first year New Contemporaries profiles emerging talent from alternative as well as formal learning programmes from across the UK.

Showing as part of Liverpool Biennial 2018, Bloomberg New Contemporaries 2018 features 57 artists chosen by guest selectors Benedict Drew, Katy Moran and Keith Piper. This exhibition is presented at the School of Art and Design, Liverpool John Moores University.
