Beautiful world, where are you? at The Oratory – Liverpool Biennial 2018

Beautiful world, where are you? at The Oratory at Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, Liverpool 14 July — 28 October 2018 Entrance is free

Screened within a specially designed structure, Mathias Poledna’s new film installation for Liverpool Biennial 2018 further advances his exploration of modernity’s visual imaginary. The work is set against the backdrop of early 20th-century European history, a period of traumatic modernisation and conflict and presented at The Oratory, Liverpool Anglican Cathedral.

Beautiful world, where are you? invites artists and audiences to reflect on a world of social, political and economic turmoil.  Find our full Liverpool Biennial 2018 guide here.
