Out of town Manchester Markets

Manchester markets have taken on a life of their own of late. There’s no shortage of them in the city centre for shoppers wanting to buy direct from producers – from the fortnightly “real food” market at Piccadilly Gardens to the seasonal food, crafts, fashion and Christmas markets that pull in shoppers by their thousands. Less well known, however, are Manchester’s out of town markets. From vintage in Stockport to artisan in Ramsbottom, here are our picks of the best, lesser-known Manchester markets.
