Created by artist Alexandrina Hemsley, Maelstrom Under Glass is a new film exploring the intimate landscapes of the body as a dynamic system of repair.

Maelstrom Under Glass is the first film project of the newly formed company, Yewande 103, led by choreographer and writer Alexandrina Hemsley.

Driven by an interest in connectivity, fracturing, displacement and emotionality, Hemsley’s practice blends movement, dance for camera, theatre and live art.

Maelstrom Under Glass will be available on recurring dates throughout the festival, from November 27 until December 13.
