This Yoga Fundamentals course is ideal for beginners, those who are in need of support in building back their practice or those wanting to deepen their knowledge in the foundations of yoga.
Over this 6 week course, you will learn key yoga postures and the fundamentals of yoga such as the importance of alignment and breath, along with an introduction to meditation techniques and yoga philosophy.
You will learn how to modify poses to suit your own body so that you can feel confident in your own knowledge to really get the most out of your practice.
We may want to try yoga for a number of reasons: to reduce stress, improve posture, build strength, improve flexibility, or because our health professional has suggested that we try it. Yoga brings many benefits that can not only improve the functioning of our bodies but our minds too.
You will finish the course with a strong and stable foundation from which you can confidently explore the different styles of yoga if you haven’t already.http://yoga
