It’s that time of year again when you can trim away dry and dead twigs from plants in your herb garden, doing this now tidies up the garden for Spring and encourages new growth but this little trick makes use of the trimmings, for use with summer barbeques or winter stoves. Sage, thyme, rosemary and oregano twigs all work well for this (if you don’t have herbs, any dry twigs will do).
