Greater Manchester NHS rightly point out that creative pursuits are brilliant for your mental health. For those entering the later years of life it’s easy to shut off that playful sense of mental exploration and forget to flex a creative muscle which only grows stronger when used. Join others over 55 for a series of craft, arts and creative workshops where you can stay in touch with your sense of creativity.
