Flecky Bennet's Halloween Walks, 30 October–2 November 2019, from £15.68 - Book now

Manchester is filled with ghosts, graveyards, mass burial grounds and stories that will chill even the most fearless person’s spine. Scratching under the surface of our otherwise shiny modern city, is Flecky Bennett, a charismatic character that exists somewhere between our world and the next. Over the Halloween week, Flecky will be leading crowds of unsuspecting ghost walkers through the back streets of the city centre, along the canals at castlefield and into the sites of our gruesome past.

Join Flecky on Halloween eve for his original Manchester ghost walk. You’ll stroll through the backstreets, hearing tales of the headless dog of Deansgate and visiting the infamous hanging ditch. This year the original manchester ghost walk celebrates its 10th birthday, it isn’t surprising that the walk has been sharing ghoulish stories, shocking audiences and selling out for so long.

you can be sure to expect a healthy dose of humour mixed in with satan worship and death

On Halloween itself and the Saturday afterwards, Flecky will be touring the Castlefield and Castleford area. You’ll learn of John Byrom and the Hell Fire club as well as partaking in a bit of necromancy. As with all of Flecky’s walks you can be sure to expect a healthy dose of humour mixed in with satan worship and death and of course, it is all delivered with a certain panaché.

As Flecky’s ghost walks are always popular, be sure to book early so as to avoid disappointment. For those who miss out on tickets for Halloween, check out the walks in Stockport, where you can explore the whole two miles of the Stockport Air Raid Shelter as well as seeing behind the scenes in Staircase House.

Flecky Bennett is also about to launch a new Dark Satanic Mills Experience in Ancoats as well as Spooky Christmas tours. There are plenty of frightful happenings in the pipeline.
