Bonbon Chocolate Boutique

Now relocated to the ground floor of Afflecks, Bonbon Chocolate Boutique is a collaboration between master confectioner Joey Collins of Troffel and the enterprising folks at nearby Teacup. These chocolates are the bomb. Freshly made on the premises from Valrhona (the good stuff), their truffles feature unusual fillings such as banana caramel, or goats cheese and lemon curd. Bonbon also sells boutique chocolates from luxury chocolatiers including Paul A Young and Marou. While you’re popping in for a box, sample their serious take on a hot chocolate, which is so different they actually call it a chocolate espresso, though no coffee is involved. Be warned, though: once you’ve tried it, you may never be able to go back to that powdery instant stuff.
